Not Much Different

I'm not normal, then what is?

You say it so many times, yet you can't explain it

What about me makes me so different from you

That gives you a reason to shun me and hurt me too?

If I walk up to you and talk another way

If I know another language and my favorite color is gray

Does that mean I'm an outcast in your eyes?

Does that mean I'm a beast inside?

You treat me like I'm worthless

Treat me like I'm no one

But I'm not much different from you

You say I deserve to be alone

That I can look but I'll never find a home

But I'm

I'm not much different from you

I know I like different kinds of food from you

I like to try a new way, to make my wildest dreams come true

I'm a different figure from your average day ideal

I go for the heart and not always the aesthetic appeal

I make a new creation, but why must you bite?

Your glares, your fists, and your words like knives

Is it because your reflection is different from mine?

Do you know how much you're eating me inside?

You treat me like I'm worthless

Treat me like I'm no one

But I'm not much different from you

You say I deserve to be alone

That I can look but I'll never find a home

But I'm

I'm not much different from you

You push me into the corner

Shove me on the side of the street

Weave your way like a snake attacking me

'Cause you say I'm different

But we both now at the end of the day

We're pretty much the same

And what's the world without variety?

Oooh

I'm not much different from you

You treat me like I'm worthless

Treat me like I'm no one

But I'm not much different from you

You say I deserve to be alone

That I can look but I'll never find a home

But I'm

I'm not much different from you

(X2)

I'm not much different from you
